Wintertime Blues

This is Wintertime Blues, a 2-year old  Gray Katmoget Ram.  Sire is Todhill Jericho.  Dam is Whistlestop 0427 AI.   Blues is 87.5% UK and has an incredibly fine and uniform fleece.   We feel this is the proper size for a shetland ram.   This photo taken Autumn 2008 in his breeding group.

Introducing:  Wintertime Fudge

This is Wintertime Fudge.  We were excited to be able to purchase this extra-fine shetland ram as a lamb in the Autumn of 2009.  This photo was taken May 2009 - Fudge is a yearling in this photo.  We sent in his fleece sample this spring and it tested out at AFD of 17.7, SD of 4.1, CV of 23.2%, %<15 microns 22.9%, and comfort factor of 99.8%.   what astounding results.   His first lambs are on the ground this spring and we are extremely happy with them
